This purpose-built facility will feature dedicated staging areas, equipment training zones, and safety-focused learning environments that mirror real job-site conditions.
The facility will serve as a hub for apprenticeship development and inclusive workforce recruitment supporting youth, women, and underrepresented groups entering the trades.
